Disclaimers for Admins
Admin members from other clubs or teams that have been appointed to represent or become a part of the BPA must be in agreement to be a part of the BPA and their work within must be solely for the purpose of it. Group members must NOT use their status within the BPA for their own or group gain. Your group or society that you belong to must be kept separate. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from the BPA and a possible banning from the BPA for a period of time given by the BPA chairman.
This is to make sure that the BPA is not seen as a biased organisation in relation to its members.
In relation to the poll on the BPA site for paranormal groups it must be advised that admin members who belong to such groups cannot vote for them. Again we must be seen to be fair and doing so will show that we are not.
All BPA emails must only be used in relation to BPA business only. You must not use them for personal or group use.
